Therapy
I currently provided Psychotherapy services with traditional 45-55 minute sessions either in person or virtually. I also am available on Mondays and Fridays to meet out of the office for “walk and talk” sessions at a local park or walking path. Lastly I provide therapy intensives which are 90 minute sessions for clients looking to dig in deeper and make progress quicker. These are also a good option for clients wanting to do less frequent sessions but may need a longer “check-in” appointment.
Psychotherapy services offered are currently self pay. If you have an HSA/FSA account you can use your card to pay for sessions. I also can provide you with a super bill (detailed receipt) which can be submitted to your insurance via their app or website for reimbursement. If you have a high deductible plan submitted superbills can count towards your deductible.

Supervision
Offering licensure and/or work supervision for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in the state of Ohio. Supervision can be provided in person at my office or virtually. I can provide insight in private practice, holistic therapy, perinatal mental health, and ERP for OCD. I also have experience in multiple settings including inpatient, crisis assessment, partial hospitalization, school based therapy and outpatient therapy. I have worked with both teens and adults. Supervision options include sessions only for licensure or sessions for both licensure and work which includes review of documentation.
Ohio CSWMFT Laws and Rules states: “Training supervision shall include an average of 1 hour of contact between the supervisor and supervisee for every 20 hours of work by the supervisee.” Please reach out if interested in learning more about supervision.
