Therapy
Psychotherapy services offered either with Self Pay or using insurance benefits. Current insurance panels accepted include United Healthcare, UMR, Caresource, Medical Mutual, and Aetna (I do not accept Anthem BCBS at this time). Insurance requires a diagnosis, treatment plan, and medical necessity for continued treatment. Insurance can also request records at any time. If you prefer to self pay instead of using insurance coverage please let me know ahead of time. If I don’t accept your insurance plan I can provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly. Please reach out if you have questions about out of network coverage.

Costs could be higher if you have a deductible plan, rates are dictated by insurance and not by my set rates.
Supervision
Offering licensure and work supervision for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in the state of Ohio. Supervision can be provided in person at my office or virtually. I can provide insight in private practice, holistic therapy, and experience in multiple settings including inpatient, crisis assessment, partial hospitalization, school based therapy and outpatient therapy. I have worked with both teens and adults. Please reach out if interested in learning more about supervision.
